Functional Description
This system, known in the market as a Paper Cutting and Packaging Machine, is composed of three main units: the Roll Unwinder, Cutting Section, and Packaging Unit. These components are installed consecutively along the production line to ensure seamless, continuous operation
The machine unwinds fed paper rolls, performs longitudinal and transverse cuts in predefined dimensions, gathers the sheets, and packages them. The machine speed is variable (as detailed in the technical specifications table) and can be adjusted based on the desired production rate per hour
Machine Components
Feeding Unit (Puller Section)
As the name implies, this unit pulls and unwinds paper from the rolls using two pressure-adjustable rollers with optimized materials. It also:

Longitudinal Cutting Unit
This unit performs the longitudinal (lengthwise) cuts using high-performance rotary blades made from wear-resistant alloys. These blades are:

Transfer Conveyor

Packaging Machine – Description and Function
This machine is designed to package the pre-cut paper blocks (each containing 500 sheets) using glossy or OPP wrapping film. The packaging system includes: 1. Infeed arms that pull stacks into the machine 2. A film roll handler that unwinds and places wrapping film over the stacks 3. A wrapping system that tightly wraps the film 4.Hot melt glue application to seal the packs 5.Outfeed unit that delivers neatly wrapped packages ready for distribution
