Tri-block Machine
Designed for packaging non-carbonated liquid products such as mineral water, dairy products, fruit juices, herbal distillates, and more.
Technical Specifications
This machine consists of three main sections:
- Washing unit with 24 claws
- Filling unit with 24 nozzles
- Capping unit with 8 heads designed for plastic caps
Container movement is achieved using a neck flange holder (Neck Holder), and size changeover requires minimal change parts.
The inlet rail is an air conveyor (Airconveyor) system, compatible for connection with a bottle unscrambler or blow molding machine.
The cap elevator and sorter use a cascade design operating without compressed air.
Capping is performed by a pick-and-place system; capping heads are equipped with adjustable magnetic clutch systems.
All visible parts of the machine and all components in contact with the product are made of stainless steel 304.
The filling system operates by gravity and the machine is equipped with a safety enclosure.
Includes a system for notifying scheduled maintenance intervals.
Application
Designed for packaging non-carbonated liquid products such as mineral water, dairy products, fruit juices, herbal distillates, etc., in PET bottles ranging from 250 to 2250 cc.
Control System
The machine is fully automatic and equipped with an electronic control system (PLC), a color monitor with a touchscreen interface, and electronic speed control (inverter).
