Equipped with an adjustable conveyor belt positioned above the bottles to stabilize containers on the line during the labeling process.
Includes a rotary labeling unit capable of wrapping labels completely around the container or partially on its circumference. The machine’s specially designed mechanical system simplifies the adjustment of various rotary units.
Features a timing unit to properly guide flat and cylindrical containers, as well as dedicated sensors for product detection and label sensing (label sensor) that can be calibrated and adjusted for different container types and opaque labels.
Equipped with an adjustable bottle spacing unit, with distance settings controlled via electronic speed control (inverter).
